With an impressive track record in implementing world-class leadership programmes, Di is focused on technology-led programs, AI and innovative solutions designed to enhance, upskill, and develop Dot’s talent across the Group as it positions itself for long-term growth.

Di brings over 20 years of experience leading global learning, development, culture, and internal communication teams, and has led the creation of transformational strategies that deliver exceptional outcomes and leaders.
